Marina Nou Fontana is a unique nautical center with almost 500 berths designed for boats between 5 and 8.25 meters long. The distribution of the berths we have created favors a high occupation of the water mirror, optimizes its use and guarantees a high level of performance of the facilities.

For this reason, it has been decided to choose bow-to or stern-to berths with lateral levers in almost all the Canal area, although there are also alongside berths with bow or stern levers. One of the numerous advantages of the bow-to or stern-to berths, despite its higher cost, is the possibility of eliminating the anchorage train, which maximizes the effective width of the navigation canal delimited by the mooring posts.

The purchase of a berth includes a maintenance rate approved by the Department of Infrastructure:

Stay and mooring of afloat boats in main berths:

• 98,06 euros/m2/year + VAT.

The charge of these rates generates resources for the maintenance of our facilities, as they are calculated by a specific study that gathers all the expenditure items of the center.

Rental

Due to its particular features, Marina Nou Fontana has a maximum boat length limit.

This is why we have berths for rental from 6 to 9 meters long with the following rates, approved by the Department of Infrastructures:

The rental rates approved by the Department are the following:

• Stay and mooring of afloat boats in public home berths:
  • Low season: 0.52 euro/m2/day + VAT
  • High season (months from July to September): 0.87 euro/m2/day + VAT

• Stay and mooring of afloat boats in public transit berths:
  • Low season: 1.05 euro/m2/day + VAT
  • High season (months from July to September): 1.74 euro/m2/day + VAT
