Regulations and Important Information
We remind the importance of having all the documentation of the boat in order, as indicated in the current regulations and required by the Command of the Civil Guard.
Therefore, Marina Nou Fontana must have a copy of the following documents:
- Ownership Sheet or Certificate of registration of the vessel where the vessel data and owner details appear.
- ID of the boat owner.
- Updated contact details of the boat owner.
- Certificate of Seaworthiness of the vessel.
- Copy of last bill boat insurance.
- If a nautical company carries out boat movements in and out of the port, authorization by the owner of the boat to the Nautical Company is needed.
For best operation of the port, Marina Nou Fontana will be more vigilant in acomplishing some basic rules, which we remind you below:
– For the entrance of boats, will be needed:
- That Marina Nou Fontana has on file copies of all documents mentioned above.
- That the mooring user is current in its payment obligations with Marina Nou Fontana.
- Signature of boat entry sheet
– If the boat entering the port is not property of the mooring user, an Authorization indicating the period of stay.

– For exit of boats, will be needed:
- That the mooring user is current in its payment obligations with Marina Nou Fontana.
- If a nautical company carries out the exit of the boat, authorization by the owner of the ship to the nautical company.
- Signature of boat exit sheet
Please make sure that before your boat enters or leaves the port, you meet the above requirements, because without them we cannot introduce the movements of vessels in the new program for management of marinas, with the problems that they entails.
